I love eggnog, and this pie is a vehicle for it. Whip the ingredients, pour the filling into a graham cracker crust, and chill for a quick and easy holiday dessert.
You'll need:
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 3/4 c eggnog
- 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c whipped cream
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat eggnog and pudding mix on high until thick, about 6 or 7 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread the filling into the pie crust, and chill until firm, about 4 to 6 hours. Let thaw half an hour at room temperature before serving.
