The beauty of being friends with the proprietor of Keller House Classics is that I get to try out her new products!
You'll need:
- 2 lbs ground beef (I use 85/15 for this)
- 2 Tbs Keller House Smoked Jalapeno Salt
- 1/2 c prepared guacamole
- 6 slices smoked provolone
- 6 hamburger buns
In a large bowl, combine the beef and jalapeno salt and form into 6 patties. Let sit at least half an hour (or chill for 1 to 4 hours).
Heat the grill or griddle to medium-high. Cook 5 minutes per side, topping each patty with a slice of cheese in the last minute to melt it.
Serve on buns topped with guacamole, if desired.

Smoky Chipotle Burgers
