Spinach Artichoke Dip

 

This easy dip comes together in minutes. Heat it in the microwave for a minute on high, or in the oven at 350 F for about 10 mins, if you want it melty.

You'll need:

  • 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 - 14 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 c frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan Romano cheese, garlic, and basil. Gently stir in artichoke and spinach.

Serve with pita chips or crackers.

Mix it up:

  • Heat it up until melty and spread on burgers instead of cheese
  • Spread on sliced baguette and bake at 400 F for 6 minutes for a savory crostini
